At the very least, they need to take some courses in their people skills, and their telephone answering skills. As is usually the case, some people in the employ of the taxpayers of New York State need regular reminders as to whom, exactly, provides them with their paychecks. All too often, they appear to forget that it is, indeed, the taxpayer.
